Does a divorce decree translation need to be notarised?
Not automatically. A court filing usually needs a translation that is certified or verified, not necessarily notarised; notarisation is a separate step that may be required for embassy, overseas or other uses. Check the requirement for your specific filing — see certified vs notarised translation.
